Guided by Head Chef Aaron and Front Of House director Risa Kadota, the restaurant offers an authentic Kaiseki style dining experience utilising the most seasonal and local produce available.

A highlight from the Luxury Menu - Roasted eggplant with pickled eggplant, wholegrain miso, kombu, dashi and chive. In this dish, modern techniques meet simple and authentic Japanese flavours.

Meet Masa, our secret weapon in the sashimi and fish section of the kitchen 🔪

Masasan has been an integral part of the Kadota team for the past 6 months; originally from Japan he moved to Melbourne in 2008 and has built a formidable skillset in various chef roles since.

Precision and patience are Masa's superpowers, with an ever-steady hand and laser focus.
