Meeting Chef Erica for the first time and learning of her experience was a truly mind-blowing moment. Erica’s resume includes working with Marco Perrier White, Eric Chavot, Jean Georges Vongerichten (The Vong) and cooking for the likes of Sir Elton John, Madonna, Bill Gates, Sir Bob Geldof, Tom Hanks, Prince Harry, Prince William and Sir Richard Branson to name just a few.

Someone so accomplished shouldn’t be so humble, but that’s just how Erica and Life & Fork operates! Her cooking school and catering services are all about empowering people (including NDIS) to cook and connect through food.
