Located in one of Kyneton’s most historic pubs, Fook Shing brings authentic South East Asian flavours to the Macedon Ranges in a dining setting that is just as vibrant as their dishes!
Fun fact: The restaurant's namesake, the infamous Fook Shing, was actually a Chinese detective sent on assignment to the Victorian gold diggings to settle cross-cultural disputes and it’s said that he would often stay in the old pub during the wild times of the gold rush.
